Training Schedule
Regular keiko (training) from September:
- Every Saturday morning 9am - 10am
The following 2025 dates are scheduled for training sessions with VIP guest coaches:
- 16 August 3-5pm, Parity Martial Arts and Wellness, Southampton
- 24 August 3-5pm, Wandle Recreation Centre, Wandsworth London.
What to bring:
- Shorts (preferably bike short type)
- T Shirt or rashguard
- Martial arts belt (if you have one)
- Sports socks (this helps with when foot sliding required)
- Small towel for wiping sweat off
- Water bottle (non-glass) for hydration
